Alex Corren

Building at the Intersection of Real Estate, Technology, and Community Development

I'm a real estate development professional with a unique background spanning entrepreneurial ventures, sustainable community projects, and full-stack software development. My work focuses on creating economically viable developments that integrate ecological design, innovative financing mechanisms, and community impact.

Currently completing my MS in Real Estate at CU Boulder's Leeds School of Business (graduating May 2026), I serve on the Gilpin County Planning Commission and have worked on sustainable real estate projects internationally. My experience ranges from 266-acre master-planned communities to owner-building an ecological home, with a consistent focus on systems thinking, operational execution, and alternative financing structures.

I bring both the technical depth and entrepreneurial mindset needed to execute complex real estate ventures—from founding and scaling a CPG company to 100+ retail locations to developing innovative land tenure models for regenerative projects. Whether working with investors, community stakeholders, or development teams, I focus on creating lasting value through sustainable, financially sound real estate development.
